Breakfast – toast, egg, cherries
At church – one very small piece of carrot cake. Since I ate it at church and I was standing up, I don’t think the calories count……….
Lunch – at Red Lobster – biscuit, Cole slaw, shrimp, baked potato.
Supper – tomato, lettuce, and cucumber sandwich, Pringles, cherries.
Snack- Quakers Rice Snacks
