Breakfast – toast with peanut butter, melon
Lunch – salad with tomato, cucumber and pickled beets – topped with some garlic croutons that tasted wonderful as I ate them but not so wonderful hours later when they were still on my breath.
Supper – leftovers – mashed potatoes and chicken fried rice. Dessert was a few Quaker mini rice cakes.
Snack – skim milk and a spoonful of peanut butter.
