Breakfast – toast with peanut butter, melon
Lunch – about once a year I get a craving for braunschweiger – or as the new packaging calls it, “spreadable pate”. I just make toast and slather it with this cholesterol filled treat. Very good. Also had a few Pringles. For dessert I had a VitaTop – dark chocolate – heated in the microwave.
For supper I tried this new product, Michelina’s Lean Gourmet. It was good but did NOT look like the picture on the package. However, it was a satisfying meal. I should have had something green to go with it, salad or broccoli, but I didn’t. Instead I had a sugar-free vanilla pudding for dessert.
