10/07/10 – Food

Since I had to go to the doctor this morning, which included a blood test, I couldn’t eat until after my appointment.  It was after 10:00am, I was very hungry, and I decided to treat myself to a McDonald’s breakfast – a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit with hash browns.  It was satisfying and filled me up so that I did not need or want lunch.


Supper – half a baked potato and some cooked veggies (carrots, broccoli and cauliflower).  For dessert I had a Jello sugar-free chocolate mousse.


Snack – almonds


Steps – I changed clothes this afternoon after a hair appointment and forgot to put my pedometer in my pocket, so the steps registered for half a day is 1,500.
