10/08/10 – Food

Breakfast – toast with peanut butter, grapes


Lunch – chili and TJs veggie and flaxseed tortillas.  Dessert at book club – a delicious crumb top apple pie – one generous piece.


Supper – the leftover baked potato and veggies from yesterday and a small lettuce salad.  One cookie for dessert.


Snack – almonds
