10/11/10 – Food

Breakfast – toast with peanut butter, grapes


Lunch – salad with broccoli, crab meat, tomatoes.  Crackers and WW cream cheese.  Dessert – Skinny Cow ice cream


Supper – half a baked potato, cooked veggies.  Half an apple with light caramel dip.


Snack – a few crackers.

I will not be posting on this blog for the next week as I will be hosting company all week.  We will be going out for meals, seeing a play, going shopping, and laughing, laughing, laughing.
